A Day in the Life:Â
As a Sr. Workday PATT Consultant, you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients. Some of the major things you’ll be involved with include:Â
- Accountability for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirementsÂ
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices- specifically around a variety of area's including Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking
- Building consensus around business processes and designÂ
- Configuring the Workday applicationÂ
- Understanding the broader business contextÂ
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the “Skill Squad”Â
- Mentoring and developing less experienced Consultants on the teamÂ
- Taking part in Skillcentrix’s internal strategic priorities and projectsÂ
 Â
What You Bring:Â
- 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM
- Lead 5+ Workday PATT deployments
- Experience configuring the Workday applicationÂ
- Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Payroll, Absence or Time Tracking requiredÂ
- A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clientsÂ
- A keen interest in the Talent and HR spaceÂ
- Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced ConsultantsÂ
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Organizational skillsÂ
- Oral and written communication skillsÂ
- Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, team playerÂ
- College degree preferredÂ
Â
Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time)Â
