Sr. Yield Analyst, Revenue Strategy
Job Description
Barstool Sports is looking for a Sr. Yield Analyst to join the Revenue Strategy team. This role will be responsible for creating Ad Sales reports, pulling key insights, and ultimately aiding in strategies for Barstool to achieve Sales goals. We are looking for a highly curious individual that possesses expertise in analyzing and reporting on data from various sources and tools.Â
What You'll Do
- Assist in creation of business review & sales reports leveraging Ad Sales data and insights
- Create and maintain full inventory capacity model to evaluate the full strength of our ad portfolio and track against deal closures
- Partner with internal teams to own and operate remaining inventory analysis, and assist in development of GTM strategies to strengthen our market positioning
- QA and governance of product creation & franchise/show naming conventions for internal system purposes
- Monitor Ad Product performance across all channels and suggest necessary adjustments to ensure optimal delivery and value metrics
- Develop dashboards and presentations that highlight key data and drive informed decisions across Sales and Finance
- Work with Data and Ad Ops teams to procure forecasts and sales metrics to ensure internal materials are up to date
- Aid in quantifying strategic decisions through revenue models
- Partner with Sales to understand and react to market feedback
- Identify recurrent issues within our systems and reporting tools to alert internal stakeholders with potential solutions
- Conduct complex data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
What You Have
- 3+ years of experience working in digital media preferred– Publisher, Ad Tech, or Agency experience in Analytics functionÂ
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pull and manipulate data from various sources
- Proficient in distilling data to create informative deliverables
- Experienced in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Range: $75,000-$90,000
