SRE/DevOps Engineer

The Role

We are looking for SRE/DevOps Engineers who want to make an impactful contribution to fixing the talent problem. As part of our small, dynamic team, you will have a key role in supporting the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Your work will be essential in ensuring our products—Hire and Develop—are available, performant, and secure for our customers and users.

Day-to-Day 

• Collaborate closely with our Product Engineering team to provide infrastructure support and guidance.
• Lead technical discussions around the design and implementation of system reliability, incident response, and monitoring.
• Develop tools and systems to enhance our CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes.
• Ensure system observability by building, maintaining, and optimizing our monitoring and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, responding to incidents and leading blameless postmortems to improve our processes.

Salary Projection

In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual total salary in the range of USD $120,000-$250,000. This range is based on San Francisco benchmarks and encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
