SRE/R2 Engineer

SRE Engineer - Onsite

We are seeking an experienced R2 Engineer with minimum of 5 years of experience to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace SRE and Performance Validation. Experience with Python and AWS is a plus. This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems supplying to the company mission of delivering high-quality solutions.

Location: Sacramento, California - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for site reliability engineering tasks to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Provide performance validation for various applications and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for performance testing using Python.
• Use AWS services to improve system performance and reliability.
• Monitor system performance metrics and provide regular reports to collaborators.
• Work closely with multi-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Supply to the continuous improvement of performance validation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and management
• Demonstrate expertise in site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
• Have a proven background in performance validation for applications and systems.
• Experience with Python for developing automation scripts is helpful.
• Familiarity with AWS services and their application in performance improvement is a plus.
• Domain experience in Payer is helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required

The annual salary for this position is between $91,000 to $106,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
