Sr/Lead Java Back-end Developer

Role: Sr Java Back-end Developer (Manager won't consider full stack profiles)

Location: MN/Remote

Long term contract

Technical skills – very experienced in the following areas

• Java
• Spring Boot
• Git
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud (GCP and AWS)
• Database (mySQL, DB2)
• Complex data/business system experience (i.e. many host systems)
• Code reviews
• Agile methodology
• Technical Services design work – need to design the solutions we will implement to meet the functional requirements
• Elastic Search

Other skills

• Must be able to have the ability to flex and deal with change
• Must be able to take feedback and participate in team discussion/feedback
• Must be able to troubleshoot independently
• Must be able to quickly get up to speed and operate independently (no hand holding)
• Must be able to help mentor and grow newer less experienced developers
