SSC Payments Coorindator

Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

The SSC payment Coordinator will be part of the team responsible of managing payments and cash forecast for all European entities managed by the Shared Service Center, based in Cinisello.

The role requires flexibility, attention to details and capacity of relationship with different cultures.

The candidate will coordinate a team of 3.

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate, reporting to the AP Supervisor, will be responsible for:

· Cash forecast

· Group bank relationship and issue solving

· Month end and related reconciliation for SOX process

· Supplier payment either manual or automatic

· Payment of any statutory obligation, such as taxes, fund, pension

· Relationship with Group Treasury department

· Support Accounting Supervisor during audit

Technical Skills

· Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics

· At least 5/7 years of proven working experience in Accounting

· Knowledge of main of home banking systems

· Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills

· Fluent in English (C1/C2)

· Experience in Treasury area
