As a Site Services and Operations Coordinator, you will demonstrate a general understanding of all Office Services business areas and collaborate as a team to effectively support the daily site operation. Responsibilities include facilities maintenance, office safety, physical security, office moves, budgeting and expense management. You will ensure Capital Group's physical environment and services deliver a first-class experience for associates and clients.

• You are skilled at managing vendor relationships by providing direction to ensure accountability and agreed service levels are attained, negotiating contracts, and liaising with property manager regarding building and facilities issues.
• You diligently manage operational expenses by ensuring invoice accuracy, adhering to a budget, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
• You are an effective decision-maker who can prioritize and balance multiple perspectives and objectives.
• You seek opportunities to develop effective professional relationships with key internal customers, business units, and colleagues, both locally and cross-site.
• You enjoy taking initiative and identifying process inefficiencies and possess the analytical skills to develop solutions and innovate for changing business needs.
• You have a knack for juggling multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to coordinate work among external third parties and internal functions.
• Demonstrate initiative and team orientation.
• Role will be office-based 4 - 5 days a week.

New York Base Salary Range: $74,391-$119,026

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
