What are you going to do?

Our client is building the software that builds the world. They provide cloud-based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers hospitals retail centers airports housing complexes and more. They have worked hard to create and maintain a culture where you can own your work and are encouraged and given resources to try new ideas.

Our client is looking for a Semi Senior UI Designer. This is a unique and highly analytical and creative role requiring strong UI design experience in delivering all design aspects of a usable software product including field experiences where users work from mobile devices and apps. You are expected to present your work in critique and to cross-functional stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.

• Design and deliver high-quality UI solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes prototypes and visual designs for new features and products.

• Maintain and evolve our existing design system ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• Collaborate with product design leads product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet user needs.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends and best practices.

What will help you succeed

• 2-4 years of experience in a professional visual design setting.

• Expertise in Figma.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills.

• Excellent understanding of typography image and visual hierarchy.

• Experience designing and replicating large complex websites and design systems.

• Understanding of different components of design systems including marketing communication branding and identity work.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
