You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting, accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliations, financial analysis projects and closing out of monthly financial statements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy work place.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accounts Payable: Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of company expenses, ensuring accuracy of GL coding, fixed asset handling and prepaid expense amortization.
  • Accounts Receivable: Responsible for the accurate and timely creation of customer billings, processing payment receipts, customer sign ups and contract data validation.
  • General Ledger: Prepare account & BS reconciliations associated with AP, AR, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, fixed assets, deferred revenues and more.
  • Analytics: Assistance with month end, quarter end and year end closing processes, including assistance with the annual year-end audit, tax preparations and other such reporting to be delivered to various internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years prior equivalent work experience, including international accounts receivable and payable
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS organization is strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel (working knowledge of advanced functions and formulas required)
  • Strong analytical skills & high level of detail orientation
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and motivated towards leveraging technology for efficiency and transparency
  • Proven track record for meeting deadlines with minimal errors
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy, and dynamic environment
  • Experience with the following platforms a plus:
    • Chargebee
    • Salesforce
    • Xero
    • Expensify
    • Notion
    • Google+ & Office 365
