Staff Accountant

Korn Ferry Interim has partnered with logistics company located in NW Houston in their search for a Staff Accountant on a contract to hire basis. This is a newly created position created due to growth within the company.

This role will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, entering journal entries, performing account reconciliations, identifying areas to reduce costs and enhance revenue, as well as performing monthly bank settlements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports
