HOW YOU’LL FLY

You'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:

  • Performing monthly close activities including account reconciliation and analysis such as cash, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets
  • Successfully preparing and entering month end journal entries
  • Helping to contribute ideas to improve processes and procedures and gain system efficiency
  • Supporting the quarterly reviews and annual audit process with the external auditors, as needed
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of experience in an Accounting role (biotech industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Oracle (preferred)
  • Attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and data integrity
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven business
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including all levels within the company
