We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance in our accounting processes.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations
  • Perform account analysis and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Perform bank reconciliation, audit accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Support external audit activities
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Working Environment

  • This is a remote role with quarterly travel to our headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
