Staff Accountant

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to help manage the financial needs of our growing company. This position will handle a wide spectrum of general accounting and operational support tasks within our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate thrives in a setting where they balance moving swiftly while not missing a beat when it comes to details, accuracy and organization. 

What You’ll Do

• Perform various day-to-day tasks that support accounts receivable and account payable processes
• Assist with the month-end customer invoicing process
• Support the new customer onboarding process which includes customer credit checks, setting up pricing models, handling customer specification compliance requirements, and assisting with third-party electronic billing integrations, etc. 
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies 
• Collaborate with various departments as necessary 
• Obtain supplementary information for financial reporting purposes
• Assist with Balance Sheet-related account reconciliations 
• Assist or manage special ad hoc projects and processes 

What You Bring

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance 
• 1-2 years of previous accounting experience 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and staying on top of deadlines is a must 
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Quickbooks Online and/or Oracle, a plus!
