About the Finance Team

The Finance team is small but highly effective. We strive to provide valuable information to our stakeholders through financial performance graphics and insight, as well as accurate and timely financial reporting. The Finance team includes accounting, strategic finance and business operations, all of whom are highly integrated with their business counterparts. The foundation of our work is built on trust, attention to detail, analytics, research, and problem solving. We value what makes you different and encourage you to act on your ideas.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L flux explanations and provide analysis of trends 
  • Research and respond to state agencies requesting information and assist in preparing annual reports and state registrations 
  • Assist with other accounting processes and special projects, as needed 
  • Make improvements to accounting processes while ensuring that practices comply with organizational accounting practices
  • Support annual financial statement audits
  • Meet processing and reporting deadlines
What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent (CPA is a plus)
  • Minimum 1-3  years of experience in accounting (big 4 public accounting experience preferred)
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Netsuite ERP experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with GAAP research tools and the FASB codification
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
