Staff Accountant

Position Summary

We are looking to add a full-time Staff Accountant to our Finance department in our Haverhill, MA location. This role reports to our Global Senior Accountant and will work cross-functionally with global counterparts. This is a great opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding organization in the electronic components supply chain space.

What you can do for us

• Automated Bank reconciliation streamlined cash and credit card applications process (via any accounting software)
• Fixed assets maintenance of assets addition/disposal and calculation of monthly depreciation adhering to capitalization and depreciation policies
• Prepaid and prepaid insurance vs. amortization 
• Accrued/Deferred expenses, and BS accounts reconciliation, etc. 
• Payroll/Payroll taxes
• Intercompany transactions posting and reconciliation 
• Foreign exchange and financial statement preparation 
• Assistance with year-end financial audits and bank audits
• Other Ad hoc projects

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strategic, big-picture thinker; able to take projects and run with them
