Staff Accountant

Kiteworks is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and assisting with month-end close activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Process AR Invoices
• Accurately post customer payments and deposits
• Closely monitor the Accounts Receivable, sending weekly collection emails on past due accounts
• Promptly answer and resolve all customer billing inquiries
• Maintaining outside AR customer portals
• Maintain customer relations and update accounts as necessary Month End Close
• Preparation of monthly journal entries and various supporting schedules
• Assist with Credit Card processing and granting access
• Assist with supplier forms and W9's
• Assist with ad hoc and special projects as needed.
• Assist with entering AP invoices, expense reports, and any other related AP projects.

What you'll bring with you

• At least 2-3 years accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to undertake administrative duties
• Effective attention to details and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus, but not required
