Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable, dedicated professional whose bottom line is providing exceptional analyses and accounting expertise that improves our bottom line. You will provide key support to FP&A, Senior Accountants, Accounts Payable and Payroll processing requiring the ability to work independently and multi-task. This position may require occasional evening and weekend hours.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement improved accounting procedures
• Answer accounting and financial questions
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Assist with the month-end close process and related financial analysis
• Reconcile expense reports
• Reconcile variances in the application of cash
• Provide monthly analysis of income statement accounts
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assist with Fixed Assets and Leases
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3+ years hands on computer experience with Microsoft Office
• 1+ years ledger experience

Our preferred qualifications:

• Background in data and systems analysis
• Public accounting or manufacturing industry experience
• SAP ERP/accounting software experience
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, smaller company environment
