Staff Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Strong team environment with a passion for delivering excellent results
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions
• Assist in the research and analysis of general ledger account variances
• Preparation of assigned month-end account reconciliations accurately and on a timely basis
• Provide proactive analysis and support to the finance team
• Opportunities to work on interdepartmental projects to improve and streamline processes.
• Provide requested internal and external audit documentation
• Fixed Asset system maintenance, reconciliation, depreciation entries and audit coordinator

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 2+ years accounting experience preferred
• Preferred experience with SAP, JDE or similar operating software package as well as OneStream

Skills

• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
• CPA or CMA preferred but not required
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
• Standout colleague, a self-starter who is looking to grow professionally, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
