Staff Accountant

• Job Description:
• Prepares general ledger entries and maintain supporting files and documentation.
• Prepares monthly reconciliations for assigned accounting cycles including cash, prepaids, fixed assets and credit card allocation.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve transactional issues.
• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
• Support, adhere to, and help maintain strong internal control policies and procedures.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements.
• Understands and adapts to closing process

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Workday Financials and Blackline a plus
• Detail-oriented with proven analytical and organizational skills
