Staff Accountant

You will make an impact:
eClinical is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties and report to the Controller.

Your day to day:

• Prepare journal entries
• Record customer payments
• Assist with receivables analysis and collections
• Maintain fixed asset tracking, depreciation and reporting
• Allocate employee benefits invoices by department
• Maintain prepaid expense schedule
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support preparation of annual audit
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1+ year of related accounting and finance experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft applications
• Experience with NetSuite and OpenAir applications a plus
