Staff Accountant

CO Salary Range: USD 55,000.00 - 60,000.00 per year

Staff Accountant position in South Denver, CO $55-$60k depending on experience

Our client, a growing real estate company, is looking for a new Staff Accountant to join their team and family like culture! This position will work on all things month-end close including, financial statement preparation and analysis, bank reconciliations, AP/AR review, and some investor reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Financial reporting and AR/AP review
• Post journal entries and complete reconciliations
• Assist with ad hoc projects

• BS Accounting and 2 + years of full-cycle accounting experience
• MS Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP and Yardi systems
• Team work mentality and takes initiative!
