As a bank that originates more than $15BN annually and manages more than $10BN of assets, we are building out enterprise risk management that is crucial to support our business growth.

The staff accountant will be responsible for daily and monthly journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. This role will participate in the preparation of a monthly and quarterly financial package, account analysis, and ad hoc reporting. The successful candidate will be prepared to contribute to a fast paced and growing organization.

What you'll do:

• Prepare daily reconciliations of Bank and Investment accounts
• Prepare monthly general accounts analysis and reconciliations of asset, liability, and capital accounts
• Support general ledger activity to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Substantiate general ledger account utilizing Blackline reconciliation system
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports
• Assist in the fulfillment of external, internal, and regulatory audit request.
• Assist in preparation of FLUX Quarterly analysis book
• Preparation of ad hoc reporting and analysis

What we're expecting:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum, 1-3 years of accounting experience in public or private
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
• Proactive team player with an eagerness to learn

Salary Range: $35.00-$65.00/hour
