Join a Growing Construction Team in Paramount! We are a fast-paced, well-established construction company based inParamount, CA, seeking aStaff Accountantto join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys both accounting and light technical support. You’ll be a key player in keeping our financials accurate and our office technology running smoothly. What You’ll DoAccounting Responsibilities (70%) • Performdaily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations • Manage and maintain theFixed Asset Rollforward schedule • Assist withmonth-end and year-end closeprocedures • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies • Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation • Handle ad hoc accounting and reporting tasks as needed IT Support Responsibilities (30%) • Serve as the go-to person forbasic internal IT troubleshooting • Resolve common hardware/software issues (e.g., monitor not turning on, printer not responding, system running slow) • ManageIT help desk ticketsand ensure timely resolution • Coordinate with third-party IT providers for more complex issues What We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or project-driven environment • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and reconciliations • Proficient with Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus • Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting and willing to support team members • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving • Clear and effective communicator Why Join Us?
