Staff Accountant, Hybrid

Performs an array of general accounting services including reporting and analysis.

• Performs an array of general accounting services including reporting and analysis.
• Manage vendor listings & full charge of corporate accounts payables, & accounts payable for referral related doctor expenses.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Reconcile doctor payment inquiries and seek solutions through advice from Operations team and resolve by communicating the resolution with doctors.
• Provide financial information by answering account procedure questions, researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Summarize current financial status by assisting with analysis of general ledger accounts, compiling and submitting financial statements.
• Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.

Requirements

2+ year finance/accounting degree with 3+ years experience in a similar role.

Accounting skills, MAC proficiency, NetSuite experience, corporate finance, analyzing, high level math skills.

Attention to detail, time management, deadline-oriented, objectivity, results driven. Ability to deal with confidential information.

Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
