The Role:
JCDecaux is currently seeking a Staff Accountant, who will report to the Senior Director of Accounting and will be responsible for the month end close process and the maintenance of the general ledger for multiple legal entities.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office and will operate in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of account reconciliations such as fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, and bank reconciliations
• Responsible for monthly submission of financial reporting packages to the group for the entities assigned
• Responsible for monthly reporting obligations to our Concession partners
• Assist other team members with Finance and perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
• Responsible for assisting with the annual audits/ certifications and any other reporting requirements as necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar. 
• 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• SAP experience a plus but not required.
• Consolidation/reporting experience a plus.
• Ability to be proactive and a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good “problem solving” ability within a high-pressure environment. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.

Additional Information: 
Pay Range: $60,000-80,000
