Job Title: Staff Accountant II

Reports to: Brand Accounting Manager

Location: Remote

The Role

The Staff Accountant II will support the daily accounting functions of the Brand Accounting team. A strong candidate for this role will have an intellectual curiosity for various accounting areas and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• 1. Close the accounting books for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
• 2. Prepare journal entries
• 3. Prepare monthly reconciliations, audit schedules, and quarter-end or year-end schedules
• 4. Assist with external audits and reporting
• 5. Assist with Global Consolidation procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in general accounting
• Thorough and detail oriented
• Comfortable in a remote environment
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Knowledgeable in US GAAP

$70,000 - $75,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
