Job Description

Analyzes and maintains a complete and accurate general ledger; prepares managerial and financial reports. Some Essential Functions of this Position: • Establishes table of accounts and assigns to proper accounts. • Analyzes records of financial transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries. • Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other financial reports. • Reports and advises on the company’s financial status. • Develops, implements, modifies and documents accounting systems. • Adapts accounting and recordkeeping functions to current computerized accounting systems technology. • Conducts special studies. Develops or recommends enhancements to accounting methods and procedures. • Under supervision, and in accordance with established procedures, performs work that is complex and varied in nature, requiring some evaluation. • Knows and uses the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures. • Miscellaneous duties as assigned Hybrid Schedule(Tues-Thursday/In office) -Jacksonville, Florida Minimum Education Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree in accounting Experience Requirement: • Two years of experience Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Must have good problem-solving abilities and must have strong attention to detail. #Discoveryourpath
