Staff Accountant

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivatedStaff Accountantto join our accounting team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, with a strong emphasis onmonth-end close management. The Staff Accountant will support multiple companies within the portfolio, requiring attention to detail, adaptability, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute themonth-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Prepare and analyzejournal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. • Supportmulti-entity accounting, including consolidations and intercompany reconciliations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the shared services model. • Assist withaudits, tax filings, and compliance requirements. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
