Staff Accountant

** Staff Accountant ** $70-80K ** Poway, CA ** We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support the accounting team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of debits and credits, hands-on general ledger experience, and a background in supporting full-cycle accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions • Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records • Assist with month-end and year-end close, including flux analysis and reporting • Support audits with complete and accurate documentation • Collaborate with AP, AR, and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies • Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred • 3+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger work • Proficiency in debits/credits and strong understanding of accounting principles • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or SAP Concur • Strong Excel and reporting skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Apply today!
