Job Summary
Join Altice USA and become a driving force in the transformation of sales analytics. As a Staff Analyst, reporting to the VP of GTM Analytics, this role is pivotal to growing our customer base profitably through our various sales channels. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of experts, leveraging statistics, analytics and machine learning to develop a roadmap and help execute your analytical vision.
Responsibilities
- Insights: Leverage and transform large amounts of data and reporting to provide visibility into specific functions within the OMS Area/Operations and highlighting insights from performance and other drivers. Use rigorous data assessment and analyzing skills to be able to manage complex datasets. Be an active strategic partner with Area Leaders and teams on identifying opportunity zones and help lead business solutions with them and other internal partners to change trajectory if needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with OMS teams to assess impact of operational strategies, and with Finance and ML to drive target setting and forecasting. Work with Data and Metrics team to jointly develop a roadmap to bring metrics into reporting and analytical layers. Support P&L meetings, Operations Reviews, and other Leadership meetings with data and analytics.
- Team Partnership and Growth: Support partnership and collaboration within existing and broader DnA team on training team members on areas of focus, receiving feedback from peers on ways to improve current data pulls and visuals, and being a partner in identifying new opportunities to make data querying more seamless
- Executive Presence: Be able to demonstrate knowledge, confidence, and ability to provide walkthroughs of data, models, and visuals to leadership in Data and non-DnA teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years in a marketing/ sales analytics role, preferably within media, or technology sectors.
- Expertise in SQL is a must. Experience working in a cloud data environment, with proven experience leveraging cloud technologies within analytics and experience correlating multiple data sets across different reporting assets.
- Growth mindset and mentally primed to take on challenges and adopt effective problem-solving strategies.
- Strong personal organizational and time management skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure quality reporting.
- Be agile and has the ability to work with ambiguous business requirements
- Be solution and action oriented and partner with the business to determine strategies needed to change trajectory.
- Ideate, own, and manage out of the box data solutions that could be leveraged for business strategies and solutions.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $123,379.00 - $202,694.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
