It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct—costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

You will...

🧑‍🔧 Enhance developer productivity by identifying and abstracting common functionalities

🛠️ Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, design, develop, and implement best practices for platform engineering

🔒 Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure

⚙️ Identify and resolve bottlenecks that our systems may encounter

🛡️ Maintain an unwavering focus on securing sensitive data, and ensure the reliability and performance of the platform

👀 Monitor, tune, and improve application performance

🗣️ Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

🚀 Develop new services and enhance our existing system to accommodate new products

📈 Improve platform resilience and efficiency, especially in a fast-paced environment

You have...

📅 8+ years of relevant work experience preferred

🔧 Strong proficiency in TypeScript and ideally Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

🚘 Ability to collaboratively drive a project from design to operation independently

👯 People skills to solicit org-wide feedback from other engineers to identify the best solutions for all

✨ Proven skills in building secure, reliable platforms and complex modern web applications
