Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to steer and expand our Staff Augmentation business line. This pivotal role involves developing and executing growth strategies, managing relationships with vendors and clients, and overseeing all operational aspects of the business line. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and recruitment, to achieve our business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Staff Augmentation business line, ensuring alignment with the overall company goals and vision.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their staff augmentation needs are met, and continually identifying ways to enhance our service offerings.
- Working with the sales and marketing team, identify new staff augmentation leads and procurement sources.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and secure top-tier talent that meets the needs of our clients.
- Interact with customer vendor management teams and IT systems to ensure compliance and high performance.
- Oversee the financial performance of the business line, driving revenue generation, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote the business line, attract new clients, and maintain market competitiveness.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, development, and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to staff augmentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on staff augmentation, consulting, or related business services.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, operational management, and talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the staff augmentation market, including vendor management and talent recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
