Description
Iterative Scopes is seeking a Staff Data Analyst for their analytics team. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for analysts embedded in other business units (regulatory, clinical, business development) as well as influence how we build out a core analytics function. The candidate will have a track record of delivering analytics solutions, influencing a range of business units.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross functional team that include Product, Clinical, and Regulatory affairs, Engineering, Business Development, Strategy.
• Ensure all data and analytics projects are thoughtfully designed and appropriately interpreted

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytics related field or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years of experience in a health care or related analytics field required.
• 2+ years of experience leading analytics projects, developing roadmaps and mentoring analysts required
• Advanced level of expertise with SQL and BI tools (We use Metabase, but experience with others, like Tableau, Looker is OK).
• Expertise in analytics and programming (Python)
• Ability to frame an analysis from end-to-end in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Dedicates exacting attention to detail and data quality
• Experience with health care data required
• Eager learner, collaborative partner, easy communicator, and careful analyst
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to describe complex technical concepts to colleagues with varying degrees of technical background

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Experience working with regulatory compliance (FDA, CE, HIPAA)
• Experience working in startup environments
