Job Description SummaryAs a Staff Data and Information Architect in Imaging Fleet Solutions, you will be part of the Imaging 360 product engineering team providing technical leadership on defining, developing and evolving data and advanced analytics towards Imaging Operations Use Cases in a fast paced and Agile development environment. Also, you will contribute to the design, development, deployment and operationalization of Imaging Operations Workflow Analytics Data Platform.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Drive design and architecture of Imaging Operations Analytics Data Platform towards AI -Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Use cases for the Imaging 360 product.
- Ingest Data-as-a-Service APIs for Imaging Protocol & Device Data and create processors to Extract/Transform/Load the data into logical data models in AWS RedShift.
- Automate data workflows such as data ingestion, aggregation, and ETL processing.
- Work closely with Architects Office to design, develop the platform using AWS native technologies, and to define and enforce architectural guidelines.
- Apply knowledge of data architecture, Cloud (AWS) eco-systems, development methodologies, best practices, and proven processes to deliver the platform, within planned schedule with excellent quality.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through quality control procedures.
- Monitor data systems performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in research/development and operational support activities.
- Drive Data Engineering standards within the team and meet all business/project metrics.
- Work closely with the scrum team to implement design tenets and translate functional and non- functional requirements into artifacts.
- Work with product owners across to understand market needs & vision; quickly translate that vision into demonstrable software. Quickly define and deliver working software prototypes.
- Drive increased efficiency within the scrum team, ensure adherence to agile methods and the architectural blueprint established for the solution.
- Support the engineering leadership in terms of scrum team op mechs (estimation, sprints, backlog creation, Release Planning, and cadence for delivery).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years AWS-Amazon Web Services Cloud Architect experience.
Technical Expertise:
- Exposure to all stages of SDLC-Software development lifecycle primarily in Database Architecture, Logical and Physical database modelling, Data Warehouse ETL development and Analytics Applications development.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong SQL development skills including query tuning and performance optimization.
- Scripting experience in building data migration and data processing pipelines.
- Experience in implementing Cloud Data warehouse, Cloud Database and Data Migration solutions on AWS Redshift, RDS, S3, Glue.
- Strong knowledge of Data Platform and Cloud (AWS) eco-systems, in developing, designing, and operating application development platforms.
- Working experience with AWS Native services – Glue, Redshift, Kafka, Kinesis, S3, Athena, Cloud watch, lambda, EMR, Elastic Search & Kibana reports.
- Experience in migration of Data from Excel, Flat file, Oracle or MS SQL Server etc.
- AWS certifications (preferable AWS Solution Architect).
- Demonstrable knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security.
- Experience with dealing with newer/ less matured technologies, proof-of-concepts, driving pilots, and product evaluations.
- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
