Striveworks’ Chariot Platform enables users to turn their own production data into models and turn models into production systems.  Uniquely, as you train, test, deploy, and use models, our lineage system enables you to track both the “upstream” provenance of model and data sources, but also the “downstream” usage of the resultant model inferences.  Combining this with a highly principled experience for data and model development, Chariot gives our customers in highly regulated industries an unmatched governance solution over the top of a performant ModelOps platform.  

As a Data Scientist at Striveworks you’ll be challenged—and trusted—on day one to be a core contributor to the projects and direction of the company.

You’re right for this challenge if you value and possess technical expertise and you push the boundaries of your own capabilities. In this mission-critical work, you will design and lead development cycles for a vertically-integrated data analytics effort from sensor to platform to end user. Our mission is focused on task automation, data analytics, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.

Here’s what else we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Mastery of Python
• Ability to design, implement, and document complex code
• Deep understanding and intuition around machine learning techniques, statistical, and predictive modeling
• Bachelor of Science Degree in related discipline
• Excellent project planning and communication skills
• Experience leading technical teams
• Driven, self-directed personality
• Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference

• Eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security Clearance
• Knowledge of data pipelines
• Experience with direct application to unstructured data such as computer vision and/or NLP
• Advanced (MS or PhD) degrees in mathematics, physics, statistics, machine learning, or related quantitative disciplines
