Staff Developer - Suitecommerce

Responsibilities 

• Ability to be coached into leading our NetSuite Suitecommerce implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
• Work with development team and leadership on solution delivery responsibilities that span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
• Execute system design for eCommerce clients once initial fit/gap analysis on business requirements has been determined
• Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
• Involvement in project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
• Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions
• Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements
• Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including ongoing education
• Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements

Ideal Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
• Individual has basic understanding of NetSuite eCommerce platform
• Prior experience with NetSuite Suitecommerce implementations to include brand new implementations or replatforming initiatives a plus

• Experience with SEO, CMS, personalization, optimization
• Quantitatively and qualitatively communicate and report on UI/UX design decisions.
• Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding eCommerce technical capabilities
• Previous eCommerce platform experience a must, Shopify or NetSuite preferred but not required
• Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall)
