Staff Engineer - Product Requirements

Product Requirement Engineers focusing on product requirements will report through our corporate design engineering department but will interact with all departments throughout the organization. Product Requirement Engineers will play a critical role in product development, starting with early project planning and continuing onto cross-functional new product development teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and document stakeholder needs and product requirements
• Ensure requirements have traceable verification/validation plans
• Coach team members on transformation of requirements into specifications
• Review design architecture compared to stakeholder needs
• Identify impact of project decisions across entire organization
