Job Description

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, implement, and manage complex marketing automation solutions for our clients.

Business Consulting: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, providing expert consulting to develop tailored marketing strategies and roadmaps.

Business Process Development: Analyze current business processes and develop comprehensive roadmaps for improvement and optimization, ensuring alignment with client's strategic goals.

Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and business analyst, participating in client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions to drive successful outcomes.

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

Business Requirement Extraction & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Ensure that all requirements align with the client's strategic objectives and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Skills: Bilingual communication in English and Spanish, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
