Staff Engineer/Technical Lead - Salesforce

Director 

• At least 5 years of experience in development and implementation of Salesforce.com
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience with at least 1 or more of the following Salesforce modules : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities and Billings

• Minimum 2 Years of hands on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Two or more years of experience developing business applications using Agile methodology
• A demonstrated ability to work with groups of people at all levels of the company to forge agreement to systems requirements and priorities
• Significant participation in or leadership of at least one full implementation of Salesforce
• Deliver Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities platform
• Technical SME role on projects to design Salesforce Solution design and provide technical walk-through to rest of the team
• Experience with technical delivery - Build, System Testing handover/co-ordination, Tech. documentation and deployment activities
• Experience converting functional requirements to technical requirements, Estimate user stories, plan team capacity and work closely with Scrum Master to finalize Sprint scope
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with CPQ and Contract Management, Subscription Billings, Order Management
• Knowledge and experience with Subscription Billings and Invoicing systems like SalesForce Billings or Zuora
• Experience with ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud would be a plus
• Experience with NetSuite ERP will be a plus
