Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Staff FA Engineer located in Dongguan.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation
• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
• Supports Design Engineers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
• Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
• Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
• Provide reliability specific inputs to system architecture.
• Run or support DFMEA sessions.
• Ensure system compliance with reliability budgets, standards and regulations.
• Provide reviews to the product design engineer to ensure Design for Reliability.
• Oversee product verification and characterization.
• Provide inputs to product performance verification and reliability

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree in electrical and electronics engineering
• Should have a minimum 3~5 years High Power Server technology industry background
• Able to create/do Automation Bench programming, integrating Bench setup via test plan
• Familiar with all Bench test setup equipment's (ATE Chroma, Oscilloscopes, Hipot etc..)
• Fluently oral English
