Staff Growth Product Manager,

Your team will fuel the Growth of the business! We sit at the intersection of all departments: Product, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales strategy, Finance, Product experts and identify opportunities for the business, defined and execute the strategy and get everyone rowing in the same direction.
As the Staff Growth Product Manager, you will increase the growth for the business. You will define and execute cross functional strategies that drive us forward and you will report to the Director of Growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Product Management teams to define short-term and long-term roadmap base on product performance insights and company strategic direction
- Guide sales strategy to design an incentive system to support the new product activation strategy
- Work with the Data Science team to automate customer prioritization and improve sales efficiency
- Define goals for each Databricks function aligned with our strategic direction

- Drive short-term and, most importantly, long-term growth for the business
- Improve product performance and shape product roadmap
- Define product activation strategy
- Guide Lead-Generation efforts based on your defined segmentation
- Inform Marketing and Product Marketing strategy
- Coordinate Routes to market across Marketing, product, sales, product specialists, …
- Set expectations with Finance and IT/systems to support and implement part of your strategy
What we look for:
- MBA, related degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Finance, Operations, Management Consulting or Investment Banking.
- 6+ years experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives and large-scale change management.
- Experience structuring a compelling storyline and build presentation decks and briefing documents that support the narrative.
- Stakeholder management experience across all levels
- Experience driving quantitative-driven insight efforts
