Job Description

As a Staff IT Business Systems Analyst specializing in CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and Quote to Cash, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales technology needs. Your focus will revolve around designing, developing, and maintaining the business architecture and processes that drive our end-to-end sales motion, from campaign initiation to opportunity conversion. Drawing on your deep knowledge of Salesforce and associated systems, you will collaborate closely with business partners, end-users, and management teams to streamline processes, craft technical requirements, and shape features that enhance efficiency and scalability for the teams you support. This role requires a hands-on approach to systems and data, along with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities concurrently. Your passion lies in translating complex challenges into practical, scalable, and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Crafting Scalable Solutions: Innovate and propose novel approaches to application development, maintenance, and system standards. Be a driving force in adopting new techniques and methods that align with evolving business needs.

  • Elevate Sales Processes: Harness your extensive Salesforce experience and specialized knowledge in CPQ and Quote to Cash to optimize our sales processes. Dive deep into Opportunity, Pricing, Contract Management, and more, enhancing Salesforce's power.

  • Translating Business Needs to Technical Solutions: Demonstrate your adeptness by turning complex business requirements into practical technical solutions. Balance diverse stakeholder needs and technical proficiencies while ensuring project timelines are met.

  • Integration Master: Develop a comprehensive understanding of CRM-based processes and user personas. Seamlessly integrate processes with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring a holistic business solution.

  • Continuous Learning Advocate: Embrace change with a flexible mindset. Thrive in a dynamic environment by proactively seeking continuous learning and skill development, keeping pace with business evolution.

  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage hands-on experience in system configuration, user setup, testing, and technical tooling to maintain operational excellence.

What You’ll Need

  • Expertise and Knowledge: Demonstrate specialized expertise in your sub-function while having a working knowledge of related areas. Showcase how your contributions align with industry objectives.

  • Experience: Hold a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD with 2 years of experience.

  • Effective Communication: Highlight your proficiency in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities through impactful verbal and written communication.

  • Stakeholder Management: Showcase your proven ability to juggle complex project timelines and stakeholder priorities, ensuring a seamless alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

  • Flexibility and Learning Mindset: Embrace change and exhibit a proactive drive for continuous learning and skill development.

  • Practical Experience: Demonstrate your hands-on experience with system configuration, user setup, testing, and technical tooling.

How You’ll Be Rewarded:

  • Salary range in the US: 
$101,000.00 - $172,000.00
  • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
  • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
  • 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
