What You Will Do

  • Plan and operate IT services to ensure stable onsite end-user support and continuously improve related processes
  • Operate and maintain IT infrastructure and endpoint devices across sites
  • Execute onsite IT services and support site deployment for business initiatives and IT projects
  • Provide technical support for automation endpoint devices and site-level IT services
  • Procure, install, and manage IT endpoint devices and consumables

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in IT site operations, end user services, fulfillment IT operations, or related fields
  • Experience configuring and operating IT devices and managing assets including PCs, PDAs, printers, VC systems, and network equipment
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint devices such as PDAs, laptops, desktops, scanners, and printers across Windows, ChromeOS, Linux, and Android
  • Experience with End User Computing and security tools such as ManageEngine, Jamf, SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE, Intune, MDM tools, and Active Directory
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience supporting networks, servers, storage, and IT infrastructure components
  • Project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of network administration and architecture
  • Understanding of access control models and network security principles
  • Experience using network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools
