Staff Learning & Development Program Manager
Job Description
While candidates in the listed locations are encouraged for this role, we are open to remote candidates in other locations.
We are looking for someone to develop, manage and scale several key enterprise initiatives. You will report to the Learning & Development Director, but you'll work closely and collaborate across all teams of the organization. These programs are mission critical as we rapidly grow and expand in the market ensuring that we are making the best long-term hiring decisions and creating an extraordinary experience for all of our employees.
You will determine the criteria for success as well as create the education plan and training curriculum to ensure the organization successfully assimilates the information. This role is essential to Databricks and is an incredible opportunity to build excellent training programs in a growing company!
The impact you will have:
- Create and socialize a comprehensive plan within the first 60 days
- Develop and roll out blended learning offerings in upcoming quarters.
- Determine the data, metrics and statistics we will use to measure and operationalize using our existing tech stack or identify what additional tools are needed
- Develop standard operating procedures to help anticipate and control risks associated with the programs
- Successfully change manage the programs by organization, achieving support and engagement
What we look for:
- Direct experience or extensive knowledge in building similar programs and training (Leadership, Onboarding, or Employee Experience)
- In-depth experience building large scale, complex programs and training
- 10+ years of direct Enterprise Program Management experience
- Experience with change management best practices
- Experience in or deep knowledge training and/or Learning and Development
- Having a diverse business background is beneficial
