You will be an integral part of our dynamic and cross-functional team, collaborating closely with departments such as Core Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Product. Together, we work to develop and deploy the most advanced machine learning solutions to enhance our product offerings and drive Symbl.ai's continued success in the Conversation AI industry.

Working as a Staff ML Engineer, you will: 

• Strategic Initiatives: Lead the design and execution of complex machine learning projects, ensuring alignment with Symbl.ai's overall goals and strategy.
• Innovative Solutions: Drive the development of innovative machine learning solutions that advance our capabilities in Conversation AI and contribute to Nebula's success.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Technical Excellence: Maintain a deep understanding of machine learning techniques, keeping up with the latest advancements, and applying them effectively to our projects.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Core Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Product, to ensure the successful integration of machine learning into our products.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability in machine learning models and solutions developed by your team.
  Please Note: we are fully remote.  

In order to excel in this role, you should: 

• Experience: Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python), as well as experience with AI technologies and frameworks.
• Leadership Skills: Showcase strong leadership and mentoring abilities, enabling you to guide and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
• Strategic Thinking: Exhibit the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that contribute to Symbl.ai's long-term success.
• Innovation Mindset: Be passionate about innovation and staying at the forefront of machine learning technologies and their applications.
• Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
