Staff Operations Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Operations Program Manager with experience leading complex programs. As a senior member of our Operations Program Management team you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact to our product and operation teams, not just at the initiative level, but across our organizations as a whole.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, PMO and other cross-functional teams to create detailed program plans, taking into account operations and supply chain requirements.
- Own all operational deliverables from early architecture, program launch through end of life, leading multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously.
- Be the primary program contact from the production phase through the end of life between US & Factory teams, driving continuous improvement and post ramp qualification activities.
- Maintain, track and update program level risks, mitigation plans, upcoming milestones, and team priorities while also ensuring multi-functional alignment and agreement on those areas.
- Communicate program status, calling out key issues and options for resolution path, to the executive team through program reviews and other executive forums.
- Ensure program budget, product cost, manufacturability, and go-to-market strategies are met.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to define OKRs, portfolios/roadmaps, and long-term strategies for your product line.
- Lead process improvements, implement best practices, and define success metrics to track the impact of our work.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations Engineering or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Manufacturing and Program Management/NPI role, leading development and delivery of large form factor and/or fitness products.
- Effective collaboration with leadership, including at the executive level.
- Cross-functional leadership experience and confidence in driving programs and teams through periods of ambiguity.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer-focused products.
- Ability to navigate competing program priorities. Experience identifying options and trade-offs and achieving consensus at all levels for your recommended approach.
- Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management across teams.
- Experience working with program management and PLM tools such as Windchill, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Google Drive.
- Previous experience with larger form factor products is a plus.
Base Salary: $167,500.00Ā to $217,600.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
