Staff Performance Engineer

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 4+ years software development experience in NodeJS, Python, Javascript.
• Experience in  performance testing tools like Jmeter, Blazemeter or similar.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing performance issues.
• Knowledge in building performance tools or frameworks in NodeJS/Python.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Postgres, ELK stack.
• Familiarity with APM tools like Datadog, Appdynamics, New Relic.
• Experience in cloud technologies like AWS, ECS, Kubernetes, Kafka
• At least 3 years of experience working as a performance engineer or architect or equivalent work experience.
