  • Define and enforce service level objectives (SLOs) to ensure platform stability and performance
  • Develop and enhance internal developer platforms to improve productivity and deployment confidence
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless and secure delivery workflows
  • Lead the evolution of observability systems, including telemetry pipelines and monitoring stacks
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability
  • Integrate security best practices across the platform, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
  • Mentor engineers, contribute to architectural discussions, and promote engineering excellence across teams
  • Requirements:

    • Strong programming skills in Go and deep expertise in Kubernetes and containerized environments
    • Proven track record with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
    • Solid understanding of distributed systems, system design, and high-performance infrastructure
    • Experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or ClickHouse
    • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote-first, and scaling environments
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical decisions
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and explain complex systems clearly
    • Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and elevating team performance
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and location
      • Fully remote work environment with flexible working hours (aligned with CET)
      • Choice of work hardware and home office setup support
      • Access to co-working spaces globally
      • Discretionary paid time off to support work-life balance
      • Healthcare benefits בהתאם to local regulations
      • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and impactful products
      • Regular team retreats and global meetups
