Remesh is hiring a Staff Product Designer to join our Product team. As the design leader, you will own design strategy, working collaboratively across two distinct product areas. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering leaders, and have visibility with the Executive team. In this role, a start-up mentality and love of UI/UX work are key, as you will be the main designer for all of our customer-facing products. You will also have exposure to Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing technologies, and will co-create ways to apply them in conjunction with human inputs for maximum effectiveness.

Role Objectives

• Develop a design vision that aligns to the product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering and Cross-functional stakeholders
• Create broad, conceptual ideas to facilitate impactful, metrics-driven solutions
• Design detailed visual and interaction assets to improve team velocity 
• Unify our platform tooling so that it feels cohesive 

Weekly Responsibilities

• Independently own design strategy and execution
• Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs
• Get feedback on new concepts from internal stakeholders and customers 
• Collaborate with product managers to build engaging features for our users
• Apply emergent Machine Learning technology in a way that is user-friendly
• Determine how we grow and scale the surface of our interactions
• Ensure usability and design quality of each release
• Communicate across the organization in a remote environment 

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer with experience in UX research, visual design, and interaction design
• A self-starter attitude and ability to design visionary products
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products
• Strong active listening, collaboration, and trust building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of start-up experience
• Expertise in Figma

Minimum Salary for this role is $185,000.00/year
