Job Description

Team: Product

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Designer, Omni in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of complex platform design, B2B SaaS, and marketplace systems, shaping how enterprise partners and supply-side users interact with a white-label travel infrastructure. You will lead the design of highly technical yet user-critical workflows that power branded booking experiences for major partners while also enabling hotels to manage inventory, pricing, and availability at scale. Working within a senior cross-functional “Big 4” team model, you will partner closely with product, engineering, partnerships, and data to define both strategy and execution. The role demands a strong ability to simplify API-driven complexity into intuitive, reliable, and visually polished experiences. You will influence design direction at the Staff level, elevating craft standards and contributing to a scalable design system. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape foundational platform experiences used by thousands of businesses and millions of end users.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product design across two core B2B surfaces: partner-facing configuration tools and the hotel supply platform.
  • Define and drive design strategy at the Staff level, shaping product direction, leading critiques, and elevating design quality across the team.
  • Translate complex, API-driven systems into clear, intuitive, and reliable user experiences for enterprise partners and supply operators.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, partnerships, and data teams to align design decisions with business and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across multiple platform surfaces.
  • Drive discovery and delivery across the full product lifecycle, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready designs.
  • Advocate for consumer-grade UX quality in highly complex, operational B2B workflows.
  • Support the adoption of AI-enabled and modern design tooling to improve speed, quality, and collaboration.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong experience in end-to-end product design within complex SaaS or platform environments.
    • Proven mastery of UX, interaction, and visual design with a focus on simplifying complex systems.
    • Experience working on B2B products, enterprise tools, or multi-sided marketplace platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead design strategy and influence stakeholders at PM, engineering, and executive levels.
    • Deep proficiency in Figma, design systems, and modern product design workflows.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted design or emerging tooling (e.g., Cursor, Pencil, or similar).
    • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
    • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high ownership and accountability.
    • Experience collaborating in cross-functional “product trio” or “Big 4” team structures is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and/or performance-based incentives.
      • Salary range: $155,000 – $215,000 USD depending on experience and location.
      • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
      • Flexible work environment with hybrid or remote options depending on role and location.
      • Strong emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and high-impact decision-making.
      • Access to cutting-edge design tools and AI-enabled workflows.
      • Culture focused on craft excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
      • Opportunity to shape foundational platform experiences at scale within a fast-growing tech environment.
      • Additional perks including wellness support, career growth opportunities, and team engagement programs.
